Bio

Cameron is an Equine Veterinary Assistant at MVDS. He joined MVDS in January of 2025 after receiving his Veterinary Assistant Certificate from Milwaukee Career College. This profession combines his passion for working with horses, his love for animals and his veterinary education.

Cameron was a client of MVDS prior to becoming an employee and loved the level of care his horse received, so when the opportunity arose, he was excited to join the team. Cameron enjoys learning something new every day and being a part of helping to improve the quality of life of the horses we treat every day.

Outside of work, Cameron teaches and trains natural horsemanship lessons specializing in groundwork and helping others improve the relationship they have with their horses. He also enjoys trail riding and doing liberty work with his own horse, taking my labradoodle Bowie for walks at state parks, playing at home with his cat Freya, woodworking, automotive detailing and watching movies.

Cameron’s mantra is “Esse quam videri” – “To be, rather than to seem.”
